Edition II – Asia is the 2018 installment of Kohlhase & Kopp's continent-themed limited series, dedicated to Asia as its name suggests. The tin is part of the manufacturer's yearly-mixture tradition, released with a new design each year.
The leaf structure rests on golden Virginia, dark black cavendish and Burley. The casing is centered on lemongrass, accompanied by tropical fruit tones like dragon fruit and papaya. As a result, the blend departs from the usual vanilla-cocoa line of European aromatics, carrying a grassy, tangy top note. Being a limited run, it's seen today only in old stock.
