TT 91

TT 91 is one of Kohlhase & Kopp's coarse-cut English-style mixtures. It contains Virginia, burley, latakia and oriental tobaccos; a measured honey-character casing is applied on top. It was distributed in 50-gram pouches and was long available at German retailers.

Latakia and oriental define the blend's smoky, dry-spicy side; burley gives an earthy, nutty body, and Virginia a bready sweetness. The honey casing sets it apart from a pure English mixture, moving it into a semi-aromatic space. The coarse cut ensures a slow, cool burn. Since it doesn't appear in the manufacturer's current catalog and shows as sold out in retailer records, it's considered discontinued.
