BCA is Lane Limited's ribbon-cut blend built from fire-cured cavendish leaves. The leaf is nearly jet black; having gone through the roasting process, its natural sweetness is high. Due to restrictions on flavored tobacco sales in Massachusetts, it's also sold as Boston Blackie at some retailers.

Casing is measured: cocoa with soft vanilla build a dark sweetness that doesn't lean toward fruit. It gives a slow-burning, cool smoke that's very light in nicotine. Suited to those wanting an aromatic while avoiding fruity presentations, and seeking a soft blend to smoke all day.
