Edgeworth Cavendish Mild Aromatic Green

The green-labeled arm of the Edgeworth line was marketed as a light aromatic built on Cavendish-processed leaf. Per period ads, the blend's scent was defined by a casing known as tonka bean, giving a sweet note close to vanilla. The base softened by Cavendish is balanced with Burley and Virginia leaves.

Nicotine load is low, smoke texture is soft; aimed at those seeking a sweet aromatic away from sharpness. After Larus & Brother Company's Richmond production ended in 1974, the Edgeworth name changed hands and this variant was eventually withdrawn from the market. Today it's a record found only in old stock and collector tins.
