7 Seas Black Blend

7 Seas Black Blend is the dark member of the 7 Seas line Mac Baren established for American-style aromatics. As with the rest of the series, selected Virginia leaves form the base; burley and Mac Baren's own cavendish process provide balance. It's presented in a loose, wide cut and arrives with high moisture in the pack.

The high proportion of black cavendish keeps the blend dark-colored and distinctly sweet; the tobacco taste stays more as a measured base beneath the flavoring than as the lead note. Nicotine is light. Suited to smokers seeking a dark-cavendish-forward, sweet and soft aromatic; since it can burn the tongue when smoked quickly, slow puffing and airing before packing are needed.
