Arcadia is a blend in McClelland's Sherlock Holmes-themed 221B series; per the maker's account, it's a reconstruction, based on old sources, of the tobacco favored by Dr. Watson. It's a ribbon-cut mixture of Virginia and Oriental (Turkish) tobaccos; the tin label doesn't list Latakia, though records show assessments suggesting a trace amount is present.
