Black Sea Sokhoum is a member of McClelland's Grand Orientals series, which spotlights single-varietal Oriental tobaccos. The blend's core is Samsun-origin tobacco grown in Georgia, joined by Virginia; the cut is ribbon.

From the tin, alongside the brand's familiar tangy-sweet aroma, a pronounced cigarette smell comes through, and this character is reflected in the flavor too.
