Christmas Cheer is the seasonal series McClelland began in 1992, prepared each year with flue-cured Virginia leaf from a single harvest year. What sets the series apart is stating both the leaf's composition and the harvest year clearly on the tin; per the tin information, the 1996 release is prepared with orange South Carolina flue-cured leaf selected from the 1993 harvest.
