Christmas Cheer 1999

Christmas Cheer 1999 is a tin in McClelland's annual Virginia series. Per its label, it's prepared with mature, orange-colored flue-cured Virginias selected from the Carolina Border Belt region's 1994 harvest. The unflavored leaf is pressed and presented as broken flake.

Orange-colored Virginias give a medium-bodied profile where sweetness and tang are balanced. No flavoring is used, and nicotine is medium. Since the series is produced for cellaring, the leaf is expected to mature with age; suited to those who love smoking a single-varietal Virginia.
