Christmas Cheer 2006

Christmas Cheer 2006 is the release made from the 2006 crop in McClelland's annual Virginia series. The leaf used in this release is orange-red flue-cured Virginia picked at peak maturity; it's matured pressed into cake, sliced, and tinned as broken flake.

In the smoke, unflavored Virginia's natural sweetness proceeds over a bready, faintly fruity base; no flavoring is used. Nicotine dose is medium. The sharp tin note characteristic of the series is present in this release as well. Since it comes from a single crop, the release is considered a separate record from other years in the same series. Not reproduced since the brand closed in 2018.
