Christmas Cheer 2013

Christmas Cheer 2013 is the 2013 release of McClelland's unflavored Virginia series, in which a separate harvest is tinned each year. The leaf is dried by the flue-cure method, matured pressed into cake, sliced, and packaged as broken flake.

No flavoring is present in the smoke; sweetness and a bready texture come directly from the leaf, with nicotine dose at medium. The series' well-known sharp tin note is present in this release too. Since releases are made from a single crop, differences appear between years; tins continue to change in character as they're cellared. A record aimed at smokers interested in unflavored Virginia. The brand closed in early 2018.
