Frog Morton's Cellar

Frog Morton's Cellar is a blend matured by adding oak cubes cut from whiskey-barrel staves to the series' Latakia-and-Virginia body; placing these cubes inside the tin is the product's distinguishing feature. It's ribbon cut, and the whiskey note stands out as soon as it's lit, sitting noticeably atop the smoky core. Per the description in Turkish-language sources, this alcohol note also carries a faintly bitter edge at the start of the smoke.

A boundary-pushing middle form aimed at smokers seeking both Latakia and a pronounced alcohol note; for those expecting an unflavored English blend, the flavor line is markedly different. Production ended when McClelland closed in 2018, and the blend now survives only in old tins.
