Jubilee

Jubilee is a complex blend built from bright and matured Virginias, Turkish leaf, a small Perique share, and a small Latakia proportion. In the broken-ribbon-looking mixture, brown, chestnut, black, and light tones sit together. In the smoke, sugared walnut, dried apricot, marmalade, and woody notes come forward in turn; the Orientals often stay in front while the Perique occasionally brings a tangy edge.

A structure for those who love an Oriental-forward English line where Latakia is used only as a seasoning. Discontinued when McClelland closed in 2018.
