No. 24 is a Virginia-based flake blend in McClelland's "Matured Virginias" series. Turkish-language sources indicate it contains Oriental leaf alongside Virginia, with Drama tobacco among the elements defining the blend's character. The small flake slices can also be smoked unrubbed after airing; this method demands experience to control the burn, but raises flavor intensity.

In the smoke, a pure, sweet Virginia character comes through with a moderate nicotine dose; it doesn't harden toward the bottom of the bowl. Aimed at smokers wanting a slow smoking pace and an unflavored Virginia taste. Withdrawn from the market when McClelland stopped production in 2018.
