Tudor Castle Arcade

Tudor Castle Arcade is a Collector Series entry that keeps the same-family Tudor Castle's Virginia-Perique backbone while adding Katerini-sourced Oriental leaf and Syrian Latakia. The Virginias give high, wine-like notes and a sweet, cola-like aftertaste; the Katerini adds a floral top note, while the Latakia keeps the smoke measured.

When the flake structure is rubbed out and packed, it burns cool and even. Through the smoke, a sweetness reminiscent of cola nut, sweet tea, and candied walnut sits alongside the Oriental leaf's faintly salty-tangy edge; the Perique occasionally gives a peppery touch. The dry, tin-note aroma and taste are likened to a spiced fruitcake. The blend was discontinued as Syrian Latakia stocks ran out and the firm closed in 2018.
