Black Lace

Black Lace is one of the aromatics sold under its own name by McCranie's pipe shop in Charlotte, North Carolina. A measured topping is applied over a dark, full-bodied Cavendish leaf, resulting in a cool-smoking, very light-nicotine smoke. The fine cut packs and lights easily, with balanced moisture.

Suited to those new to aromatics and to those wanting a light, all-day smoke. As with sweet, Cavendish-heavy blends generally, small-to-medium-capacity pipes reduce the risk of tongue bite and flavor loss.
