Erinmore Ready Rubbed

Erinmore Ready Rubbed is the same blend rested under pressure and then rubbed out, ready to be loaded straight into the pipe. The leaf base consists of mature Virginia, soft Burley, and sweet dark air-cured tobaccos; the series' secret fruity sauce is applied on top. Manufacturer and retailer descriptions note a pineapple note within that sauce.

Because it is packed moist, it burns slowly, giving a medium-strength, sweet smoke. The Erinmore name has been associated with Murray, Sons & Co in Belfast since the 1960s; after the company closed in 2005 the brand passed to the Scandinavian Tobacco Group, and production moved to Northern Europe. Suitable for someone who wants a fruity, soft aromatic without having to bother with unfolding flake.
