1810 Belfast is a current blend referencing Murray, Sons & Co's founding year of 1810. A Virginia-and-Burley-forward body, sweetened with black cavendish, has a very small amount of latakia added; a light sauce is applied on top. The result is a low-nicotine, easy-burning American-type mixture that sits at the edge of both aromatic and English blends.

The original factory in Belfast closed in 2005; today the brand is under the Scandinavian Tobacco Group, and according to the tin information, it is produced in Denmark and packaged in the United States.
