Marley's Deep Reserve

Marley's Deep Reserve is the blend Niall of Nine released as its 2024 New Year edition, taking its name from Marley in Dickens's A Christmas Carol. Records indicate 2016-dated burley and cavendish leaves are combined with 2018 latakia, topped with a light maraschino cherry, cocoa, and vanilla dressing.

The result is a hybrid character sitting between an aromatic and a latakia mixture: beneath the baked sweetness and cherry note run burley's nutty body and latakia's smoky line. Since the topping is kept light, it doesn't carry the syrupy weight of aromatic tobaccos. It's a record for smokers wanting to try a sweet top note alongside smoky tobacco, seeking a medium-strength winter blend. It was produced in limited numbers in vacuum-sealed jars.
