Barrel Edition

Barrel Edition is one of the aromatic blends in the American Ole Shenandoah line working the barrel theme. It uses burley, light-colored Virginia, and dark cavendish together; the flavor direction given rests on chocolatey, nutty notes with hints of caramel.

Smoke body is medium and nicotine load low; a balance is aimed for between burley's dryness and cavendish's sweetness. It suits smokers avoiding heavily essenced aromatics who still want a sweet frame, and works well as an evening pipe. The Ole Shenandoah line was prepared for American retail chains and is not on the market today.
