PS83 Amsterdam is a blend in Peter Stokkebye's bulk line that combines sweet, citrus-leaning Virginias with fire-cured Kentucky leaf. The ribbon cut makes packing easy, and the tobacco comes relatively dry from the maker, keeping the burn even. A floral, forest-fruit-leaning flavoring applied on top gives the blend an aromatic shell.

The resulting profile layers dark-fired Kentucky's smoky, earthy side over Virginia's sugar, so sweetness and smokiness are perceived at the same time. The body is medium. It suits smokers transitioning from aromatic blends toward natural leaf character or seeking a smoky sweetness.
