Highland Whiskey is a loose-cut blend that combines Zimbabwe- and Carolina-origin flue-cured Virginias with black Cavendish and roasted Burley, topped with an aged Scotch whiskey flavoring. Since the flavoring is kept measured, it doesn't mask the tobacco's own taste.
