Luxury Twist Flake

Luxury Twist Flake is Peter Stokkebye's straight Virginia blend presented in flake form. The slices, obtained by twisting and pressing the leaves, are packed either rubbed out or folded; it is recorded as lighting easily, burning cool, and giving a long smoke. Most of the sweetness comes from the Virginia leaf's own sugar, joined by a very light vanilla-like top note.

Nicotine strength is low and the flavor texture is on the delicate side; smoked at a fast pace it is prone to gumming up and overheating, so it wants a slow smoke. It suits smokers wanting to get to know flake tobaccos or seeking a Virginia that doesn't feel heavy at any time of day.
