Pistachio is an aromatic built from finely ribbon-cut red Virginia and soft black Cavendish. The blend is given a flavoring of creamy vanilla with a pistachio-recalling note; since the flavoring is worked into the mixture before pressing, the taste stays consistent throughout the bowl.
