Elizabethan Mixture is a ribbon-cut blend prepared by adding Perique to pressed, darkened Virginia leaf. Records indicate the blend originated in the Murray, Sons and Co. catalog, was later re-established under the Dunhill name, and after Dunhill ceased production has been continued by Peterson with the original recipe and tin artwork.
