Holiday Season 2017

Since the 2000s, Peterson has released a Christmas mixture each year prepared solely for that season; the body is largely based on the trio of Virginia, Burley, and black Cavendish, with only the topping changing from year to year. The 2017 edition uses amaretto with fruit notes and a touch of vanilla. Being a limited production, it was only on the market in its release year.
