Irish is an aromatic house blend Pfeifen Huber offers under its Selected Blend line. In the mixture, built from Virginia, black Cavendish, and Burley leaf, Cavendish makes up roughly a third of the blend; the flavoring is built around baked fruit, vanilla, and Irish whiskey.

Its body is light, its taste fruity-sweet; the whiskey note leaves a spicy depth behind the topping, while vanilla stays fainter alongside the fruit. Because the cut packs easily, it burns evenly.
