Kurt Eisner is Pfeifen Huber's unflavored Virginia-Burley blend, known by a name referencing Bavarian history, reportedly prepared by blender Hans Wiedemann. The tobacco is presented ready-rubbed, obtained by hand-rubbing a pressed flake; beyond its topping it carries no added flavoring. It has no wide distribution outside the Munich shop and the brand's own sales channel.
On the palate a sweetness recalling bread dough and milk-bitter chocolate comes forward, alongside a grassy nuttiness and a dried-fruit background. The body sits between light and medium while the flavor is intense and layered; its creamy texture keeps spice and sweetness in balance. It can be smoked straight from the tin, though a brief airing improves the burn. It suits smokers seeking an unflavored, all-day natural tobacco and those wanting to get to know Burley character.
