Angler's Dream

Angler's Dream was designed in 2011 for pipesandcigars.com as a tobacco meant to replace traditional counter-sold American blends but built from higher-quality leaf. Its body is made of select Burley leaf, joined by red Virginia and unflavored black Cavendish. Instead of the vanilla, fruit, or liqueur usual in aromatics, a small amount of honey, chocolate, and cinnamon is used.

Chocolate works in the same direction as Burley; honey and chocolate are felt mostly in the room note, while cinnamon comes through in the taste itself. It was discontinued for a time due to rising costs, then brought back in bulk form after dropping the tin packaging. It suits smokers looking for a Burley-heavy, lightly flavored everyday blend.
