Empire - Latakia

Empire Latakia Flake is one of three flakes Planta introduced in 2015. It is built from a generous amount of Syrian Latakia, select Virginia leaf, and some Oriental tobacco, then pressed and rested. While most flakes on the German market are of Danish manufacture, this line was prepared at the Berlin production facility on the brand's own flake press.

It is a spicy, smoky, full-bodied tobacco with no added casing. It suits experienced smokers used to Latakia-heavy Balkan-style mixtures. The slices are presented neatly stacked in a 50-gram tin.
