Hansa Krüll

Hansa Krüll is the first line the Bavaria-based house Pöschl Tabak released in pipe tobacco. The blend is made by combining Virginia leaf of American and Java origin with other imported tobaccos, with no flavoring applied afterward; its taste comes from the tobacco's own character.

Its medium-fine cut makes it easy to pack and suitable for mixing with other blends. It is a product for smokers looking for an unflavored everyday tobacco, and one that home blenders can consider as a base tobacco for their own mixtures. Pöschl continues production today.
