Burley English is one of the house blends from Racine & Laramie, the tobacconist founded in 1869 in San Diego's Old Town neighborhood. It rebuilds the classic English blend mold around Burley: the smoky, spicy core of Latakia and Oriental leaf is mellowed with plug-cut Burley and toasted Cavendish.
