Winter Time Flake

Winter Time Flake is the Latakia-forward link in English producer Samuel Gawith's limited Four Seasons series. According to records, the blend is the product of collaboration with Dr. Josef Stanislav; it is built by combining selected latakias with pressed virginias and is presented in dark-colored flake leaves in 50-gram tins.

Virginia's high sugar content sits alongside latakia's spicy, smoky character; the result is a slow-burning, cool yet full smoke. No casing is applied. It is noted that this series, unlike Samuel Gawith's other products, is packed drier, which eases packing and lighting. Suited to experienced smokers accustomed to Latakia who want a medium-to-above-medium strength flake.
