Armonia

Armonia is an aromatic blend in the tobacco line the Italian pipe manufacturer Savinelli offers under its own name. Its structure holds virginia, golden-colored Oriental leaves, some burley, and fire-cured kentucky; a notable proportion of black cavendish is also added to the base. The leaf is packaged in a mixed presentation combining ribbon cut with broken flake pieces, sold in 50-gram tins.

A natural citrus-based flavoring is applied as the top layer; once lit, darker notes in the direction of cocoa and rum emerge beneath it. Burley's nutty taste and kentucky's toasted tone balance the cavendish's sweetness. It is medium strength. Suited to smokers seeking a cased but non-syrupy blend who are accustomed to a slow smoke; it is noted that a quick draw may cause tongue sensitivity.
