CD Blend

CD Blend is an American mixture bringing together burley, Virginia, latakia, flake leaf, and perique, coarse cut with moisture kept low. Latakia gives a light smokiness, and perique adds a peppery, dried-fruit-leaning sharpness; burley forms the base body. Top flavoring is nearly nonexistent.

In Sutliff's Private Stock line, it's referred to as an equivalent to the long-selling Country Doctor blend. Suited to smokers seeking an old-fashioned, full-bodied, lightly flavored mixture.
