Cherry Bon Bon

Cherry Bon Bon is built on a black cavendish base produced by roasting select Green River burley leaf and then slowly steaming it. A dark cherry note and a touch of warm bitter chocolate are added on top, building the confectionery association its name suggests.

It has a drier texture than most black cavendish blends, though because cavendish packs easily it needs a light hand when filling; otherwise the draw tightens. It burns at a medium pace, cool and without biting the tongue; the cherry topping is measured and fades in the final third of the smoke.
