Cringle Flake 2023 is the fifth entry in the series. Ten-year-rested red Virginia leaves, 2003-harvest perique, and steamed Katerini oriental are combined, pressed, and sliced into flake.
Virginia's natural sweetness, perique's peppery spice, and Katerini's dry, herbal, lightly tart character sit together; no flavoring is used. For smokers seeking oriental-supported Virginia-perique blends made with aged leaf. Being a limited seasonal edition, it is not in current production.
