Match Sail Green

Match Sail Green was prepared to correspond to the green-packaged version of the Dutch-origin Sail line. Bright Virginia leaf is combined with Oriental tobaccos, burley, and black cavendish; a small amount of latakia is added over it. The blend is given a light anise note, positioning it as a cased English mixture.

Because the latakia proportion is kept low, the smoke stays in the background; the Oriental's spicy edge and Virginia's sweetness lead. Nicotine is light and taste intensity is medium.
