Mellow and Mild #18

This is one of Sutliff's numbered blends sold in bulk. Nutty burley, golden cavendish made from Virginia leaf, and dark black cavendish are brought together; a measured vanilla and hazelnut essence is drawn over them. The cut is ribbon and the leaf's moisture is medium.

As its name suggests, it is an aromatic light in nicotine and soft in taste; the casing is noticeable but doesn't fully mask the tobacco taste. It falls within the interest of those new to aromatics and those looking for a low-strength blend they can smoke all day.
