Pipe Force Episode V

The fifth episode of Pipe Force is among the series' most unusual blends: stoved Rustica, Katerini Oriental cavendish, and stoved Virginia are pressed into a thick crumble cake. Nicotiana rustica carries far higher nicotine than the customary Nicotiana tabacum.

The rustica gives a barbecue-style smoky tang and floral spice, the stoved Virginia gives caramelized sweetness, and the Katerini provides a grassy, woody background. Because the nicotine load is high, it is aimed at experienced smokers used to full-bodied smoking; the cake is rubbed out by hand for use. It is a limited production.
