Roma Vita

Roma Vita is an aromatic burley-Virginia mixture Sutliff named after the theme of an Italian evening dinner table. It was offered in small tins and in bulk. According to the maker's description, the blend's purpose is to give a long, unhurried after-dinner smoke, so the leaf selection is built around softness rather than strength.

Burley gives the blend a nutty, earthy body, and Virginia adds a light sugary sweetness; the flavoring applied over it is measured and doesn't mask the tobacco's own taste.
