Three Monks

Three Monks Rope Cut is a curly-cut tobacco Tabac Benden prepared together with Kopp Tobaccos, looking back to the old Three Nuns tradition. The blend contains various Virginia types, Burley, and a very small amount of Kentucky; roughly ten percent Perique is added on top. The discs appear in medium and dark brown tones, with light gold and reddish Virginia veins visible between them.

The taste leans savory-spicy: rye bread tones are supported by the pepper and tart yeast notes Perique brings. Nicotine is pronounced, rated six out of eight on the retailer's scale.
