Havana Laranja (Orange)

Havana Laranja is an orange-flavored pipe tobacco in Tabacos Catarinenses' Havana line. According to the maker's description, it is prepared by homogeneously blending selected tobaccos with aromatic casing; like the other members of the line, it is built on a Virginia- and Burley-forward body. In Brazil it is generally distributed in 40-45 gram packs, sold in multi-packs.

The citrus aroma stands out both in the tin note and on the smoke; the tobacco's own character stays in the background, and nicotine is kept low. It is a blend meant for smokers new to aromatic tobaccos or looking for a fruity, light smoke.
