Blend 07

Blend 07 is one of the limited tinned blends American maker Sutliff released within its Tobacconist Reserve series. Fire-cured dark leaf, sweet Cavendish and bright yellow Virginia are combined, with a citrus-leaning essence applied on top.

The blend's sugar load is carried by the Cavendish, while the Virginia offers a light sweetness and acidity working in the same direction as the lemony essence. Being moderate in nicotine, it suits smokers after an all-day aromatic, particularly those who want a sharper, fresher top note rather than heavy vanilla and fruit essences. It was distributed in small 1.5-ounce tins, and in later years became harder to find through retail channels.
