Latakia Special

Torben Dansk Latakia Special is a single-varietal Latakia product in the brand's blending-component line. Latakia is obtained by smoke-curing Oriental leaf; this DTM product is unflavored and presented with a more pronounced smoke character than the line's standard Cyprus Latakia.

Its nicotine is medium, but flavor intensity is very high, so it is used more as a spice leaf in English and Balkan blends than smoked on its own. Suited to home blenders wanting to raise the smoke character.
