Orient

Torben Dansk Orient is a single-varietal Oriental tobacco in the brand's blending-component line. It consists of sun-cured, small-leaved Oriental tobaccos; it is unflavored and presented ribbon cut.

Nicotine load is low and flavor intensity is high; it carries astringent, grassy and smoky notes. Smoked alone it gives a light smoke, while in blends it is used to balance Virginia's sweetness and add spice to English mixtures. Suited to home blenders.
