Vincenzo Gold is the Virginia-led aromatic from the Italian Vincenzo brand. Red, orange and gold Virginia leaf forms the body of the blend; a small measure of black Cavendish sweetness and a very minor share of Burley provide earthy balance. It is ribbon cut.
The casing leans toward stone fruit and nuts, and the smoke is lightly nicotined, soft and sweet. Unlike heavy English blends, it leaves no lasting impression on the palate, suiting those after an easygoing, everyday smoke. Sold in 50-gram tins.
