Massimo is Vogel's Tabakstube's unflavored, Burley-forward house blend. The leaf runs in deep brown tones, with lighter-colored pieces mixed in. It comes from a limited run the German tobacconist has made at its own facilities.

The Burley lays a dry, nutty, cocoa-leaning base into the blend, while the Virginia sets a measured sweetness beneath it. As no casing is used, the flavor comes entirely from the leaf itself, giving a dry, direct smoke. Nicotine sits in the medium range. Intended for smokers who steer away from aromatics and want the plain taste of tobacco itself.
