Primeur

Primeur is one of Vogel's Tabakstube's house blends, presented as a ready-rubbed flake. Its composition includes Virginia, Oriental tobacco, Burley and Perique; the leaf color ranges from golden yellow through walnut brown to deep black.

A honey-like sweetness comes forward first, followed by a tangy, grassy layer opened up by the Oriental leaf. The Perique adds a plummy, spicy depth, while the Burley contributes body. The tobacco is well packed and easy to prepare. Suited to experienced smokers after an unflavored, multi-component mixture with high flavor intensity.
