Rosebud - Country Cut

Rosebud - Country Cut is a blend that stands apart among Von Eicken's floral aromatics. Black Cavendish tobaccos treated with various flavors are combined with several Virginias; what distinguishes the blend is the addition of actual rose petals and crushed whole rosebuds to the mixture. In the tin it forms a dense, mostly dark-colored mass with yellow veins visible throughout.

On the smoke, a floral, fruity sweetness comes forward; the rose note reads more as dried rose petal than an artificial perfume impression. Nicotine is moderate, giving the blend appeal to smokers after a flavor-focused, out-of-the-ordinary profile.
